ECP North Terminal Expansion Project
This project consists of construction of a 75,816 GSF expansion to the north of the existing terminal, enhancing capacity and functionality.
The project consists of three levels:
First Floor: 38,654 GSF
Second Floor: 34,976 GSF
Third Floor: 2,186 GSF
Scope of Work
The expansion includes:
Passenger Facilities: Three new gates, three check-in counters, and spacious hold rooms with additional seating.
Baggage Claim: Four carousels and six airline baggage offices, with flexibility for one office to serve as a fire pump room based on fire flow test results.
Concessions & Amenities: New concession areas within the expansion and upgrades to existing spaces.
Vertical Circulation Tower: Stairs, escalators, and an elevator to improve passenger flow (observation tower not included).
Restrooms: Located on the first and second levels.
Additional Support Spaces: Dedicated areas for mechanical, electrical, IT, janitorial, maintenance, and storage.
New Seating Area Above TSA: Enhancing passenger comfort and capacity.
